We've been getting alot of these lately. Funny thing is that they aren't posting spam. I'll never understand the mind of a robot.

Anyway. How did it by pass the text-Image protection?

Unfortunately they are getting better at that sort of thing, these days captcha images can slow down the rate of bots registering but they are not a total solution.
