Default lookup public ip from host name

im working on an site which checks if the client is coming from a trusted network, i can do this by checking the IP

however, there are cases when the client uses a dynamic IP

was thinking of services like Dynamic DNS (eg: No-IP/FortiGate) but I'm having trouble getting the public IP.

resolving from host name using Dns.GetHostEntry gives you private ip.

anyone knows how to go about this?
